The philosophy of Thames Aquatic Club is to train all physiological systems, consistently
throughout each season.  We train to improve stroke efficiency and for continued improvement.

TAC offers age appropriate, progression training for its members. Each training group has been developed with the mastering of specific skill sets and distances in mind.

TAC coaches takes special care to understand the unique training needs of each of our members and they work diligently to design practices that meet the needs of all swimmers.

TAC's aim is to meet the goals of each swimmer individually and of each group as a whole.
