Thames Aquatic Club provides families with a competitve swim program designed to encourage fun, friendship and fast swimming, all at an affordable price. We offer instruction for the beginner competitive swimmer and for competitive swimmers up through college level.
TAC provides an avenue for success for swimmers
through discipline and time management. Our swimmers recognize results through hard work. The Thames Aquatic Club encourages character building with structured work habits and dedication in the pool. We also encourage respect for teammates, coaches and all individuals involved in the swimming community and beyond. With these five points in mind, Thames Aquatic Club strives for excellence, both in and out of the water.

Lott Natatorium, Connecticut College, New London, CT
The Jane Cadwell Lott Natatorium is one of the finest aquatic facilities in the nation. Known for its breathtaking view of the Thames River, the aquatic facility includes a 37 1/2 meter, eight-lane stretch pool with moveable bulkhead, as well as two one-meter and one three-meter diving board.
Thames Aquatic Club is a registered member of Connecticut Swimming, the Local Swim Committee for USA Swimming.
